My journey didn't start with a business plan. It started with people — and a pattern I kept seeing in every client I worked with.
Financial stress. Leadership ceilings. Business ideas sitting on the shelf. Three different problems — but always the same woman underneath.
Where It Began
From Business Coaching to a Complete System
Back in 2013, I began coaching small business owners, network marketers, and direct sellers. I saw so many brilliant, passionate people who were exceptional at what they did — but struggling behind the scenes. And at the heart of almost every struggle was the same thing: financial clarity.
As word spread, referrals came in — not just business owners, but their families and friends. That's when everything shifted. Personal finance required a completely different touch: emotional, deeply personal, and often tangled up in fear, shame, and years of habits we didn't even choose.
But the more women I worked with, the more I saw that financial clarity was only part of the picture. The women who transformed most completely weren't just getting their money right — they were stepping into their leadership, finding their voice, and finally building something of their own. The three pillars weren't separate journeys. They were one.
Finding My Calling

Over time, a clear picture emerged: my sweet spot — the clients I connected with most deeply, who saw the most transformative results — were professional women between 35 and 65. Women who had worked hard, built careers, and earned everything that was supposed to bring peace. But the finances weren't where they should be. The leadership ceiling felt real. And the business idea? Still just an idea.
That clarity became my calling — and the foundation of everything I built. Not three separate services, but one intentional system designed to meet women exactly where they are and walk them all the way to freedom.
Today, that calling has grown beyond what I ever imagined — with women from across the U.S. and internationally doing this work together.

I'm a Pittsburgh girl at heart — born and raised — who has called Cincinnati home for over 15 years. I'm actively involved in my church's women's ministry, deeply committed to my sorority and the community service and sisterhood that come with it, and I'm the proud mom of one beautiful grown daughter. Together, we love traveling the world and soaking up life experiences with family and friends.

Why I Do This Work
I've Been Where You Are
Here's what I want you to know most: I'm not just a coach who studied finances or leadership or business. I've lived all three.
I know what it feels like to watch debt climb past $70,000 — not from reckless spending, but from the reality of life. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I couldn't work. I was recently divorced. My daughter was in college. Medical bills and everyday expenses were stacking up faster than I could process — and I had no choice but to dip into my retirement fund just to keep the lights on and keep moving forward.
But I also know what it feels like to rebuild. I did the hard work — the budgeting, the sacrificing, the strategic planning — and today I am proud to say I am debt-free, and contributing more to my retirement than ever before in my life.
I also know what it feels like to sit at a corporate table, leading at the highest levels, and still question whether I was being seen, valued, and heard the way I deserved. And I know what it feels like to finally decide — once and for all — to stop shrinking and start building something of my own.
Every pillar of this work comes from something I lived. Not from a textbook. Not from a distance. But from a place of deep understanding, genuine empathy, and the unshakeable belief that if I could find my way through — so can you.
