Meditation 01 · Shame Release · 8–10 Minutes
Releasing Debt Shame
Shame keeps you stuck. Releasing it is the first step to freedom.
Introduction
Read slowly. Pause where indicated (…)
Find a comfortable seat or lie down. Close your eyes gently. Take a slow breath in through your nose… and release it through your mouth.
You are safe here. This is your space.
Body
Take another deep breath in… and let it go.
As you settle in, I want you to bring to mind the word debt. Just notice what comes up. Maybe tension in your chest. Maybe a familiar heaviness. Maybe a voice that says you should have done better.
Just notice it. Don't push it away.
Now I want you to gently say to yourself: "I am not my debt."
Say it again, slowly… "I am not my debt."
Debt is a number on a page. It is not your worth. It is not your character. It is not your future.
Breathe in… and as you exhale, imagine releasing just a little bit of that weight. Not all of it — just a little. Like setting down a heavy bag, even for a moment.
You picked up that bag for a reason. Life happened. Decisions were made with the information and resources you had at the time. And you are here now — which means you are already doing something different.
Breathwork
Breathe in courage… breathe out shame.
Breathe in clarity… breathe out judgment.
Breathe in possibility… breathe out the past.
Sit with this for a moment… (pause 30 seconds)
When you are ready, place one hand on your heart. Feel it beating. That heartbeat is proof that you are still here, still growing, still capable.
Repeat after me:
"I release the shame that does not serve me."
"I am worthy of financial freedom."
"I am taking one step at a time, and that is enough."
Closing
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Take one final deep breath in… and release.
When you open your eyes, carry this with you: shame keeps you stuck. Releasing it is the first step to freedom.
You are not behind. You are right on time.
